If your existing valance has a pattern, and you would like for DIY to help match your existing valance, after you fill out the form below, you can mail us your existing valance and we will do our best to line up the fabric pattern and height match it. Please fill out the form below, then download, print out, and ship to us your existing valance along with this mailing existing valance PDF Form in order to get a best match. If, however you are not as concerned about matching the pattern and you know your valance color, you can just fill out the form below and we will fulfill your order.

Note: The fabric width fraction is any fractional measurement beyond the whole inch measurement.  Ex. for a measurement of 10′ 6 1/2″, the fabric width would be 10′-6, while the fabric width fraction would be 1/2″. An option must be selected to complete your order.
